The browser version does not load AdMob ads. The iOS app uses Google Mobile Ads and Google’s consent platform. Game progress stays on your device in both versions.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to Medina Rush – Endless Runner, bundle identifier com.khalidbaba.rushrunner, and its official web version. The game is developed and published by Khalid BABA in Morocco.
It explains what information is stored by the game, what may be processed by service providers, why that processing occurs, and how you can exercise privacy choices.
Built without player accounts
- No account, login, chat, or user-generated-content system is used.
- We do not ask for your name, postal address, contacts, photos, precise location, health data, or payment details.
- Scores, coins, Medina restoration progress, settings, and unlocked cosmetics are stored locally on your device or browser.
- The web game is ad-free. The native iOS app may show Google-served ads after the applicable consent process.
- The iOS app does not currently request App Tracking Transparency permission and is not designed to access IDFA without authorization.
Information handled when you play
Best score, replay data, coins, current level, Medina restoration progress, onboarding status, language, sound and haptic settings, and owned or equipped outfits and skateboards.
On iOS, the app may store consent status and the time of the last full-screen ad so ads are not shown too frequently.
When you visit the official website, the hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, and request time for delivery, security, and reliability.
The developer does not operate a remote player-profile database. Local gameplay data is not sent to the developer by the game.
Google Mobile Ads in the iOS app
The iOS app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK for interstitial and opt-in rewarded advertising, and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) for consent and privacy messages. Ads are requested only after the SDK reports that ads may be requested.
Depending on your location, device settings, consent choices, and Google’s configuration, Google may process:
- IP address and IP-derived coarse location;
- device or app-scoped identifiers, subject to platform permission and availability;
- advertising data, such as ads shown and interactions with them;
- product interaction data, such as app launches, taps, and ad-video interactions; and
- diagnostic information, including crash and performance data.
This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and abuse, satisfy consent choices, maintain the service, and improve performance. Google’s own terms and retention practices apply to data it processes.
You control local progress
Local gameplay information remains on your device until you clear the website’s stored data or delete the app and its data. The developer has no server-side copy of that local progress.
Google and Vercel retain information they process according to their own policies, legal obligations, and service settings. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, they use legal mechanisms intended to protect international transfers.
Access, delete, object, or change your mind
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; and appeal a privacy decision. You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising an applicable right.
Because the game has no accounts and local progress is not uploaded to us, we normally cannot identify or retrieve your gameplay record. You can still erase it directly from your device. For advertising choices and detailed instructions, visit:
Limited data by design
The game does not ask players, including children, to create an account or submit names, email addresses, messages, photos, or other profile content. Parents or guardians who believe a child’s personal information has been handled in a way that concerns them may contact us so the request can be reviewed and, where appropriate, directed to the relevant service provider.
When this policy changes
We may update this policy when the game, service providers, or legal requirements change. The revised date at the top will show when a new version takes effect. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or through the store listing.
